The "Regional Dinner for Habitat" will feature regional and sustainable foods presented in a Caribbean styling. Featured dishes include:

Layered Puerto Rican Piñon with baked sweet plantains
Jamaican jerk chicken and chorizo sausage
Ragoût de bœuf w/légumes d'automne from Haiti
Curried Duck from Trinidad
Fresh Seafood Ceviche from Mexico

Also included are fresh baked artesan breads, handcrafted desserts, a "sustainable salad" station featuring Florida fruits and vegetables, and amuse bouche featuring Florida Gulf Coast seafood. There will also be an organic herbs and produce presentation, including authentic Caribbean samplings.
